2021-10-20 View:
Industrial operations rely on specialized tools and equipment, which make the management of tools become so much important. By improving both the accuracy and the effectiveness of tool tracking, using right RFID tool tracking system can help to reduce the substantial costs of tool availability and life cycle.

In order to adapt different environments, OPPIOT has launched a series products for RFID tagging options to meet various environment requirements.

2.Long range RFID tags, es: OPP130, up to 30 meters
3.Rugged RFID tags for outdoor tool tracking, es:OPP069 and OPP105
4.Dual frequency HF+UHF RFID tags, es: OPP105dual
5.Durable RFID tags, es: OPP510 and heavy120
6.UHF Flexible tags for indoor tool management, es: FLE7018 and FLE9842
7.Ceramic and PCB small size tags, es: CER0505, PCBD05
8.RFID Nail Tag and Screw tag, es: OPPD721, OPPM16
Besides above featured tags, OPPIOT are capable of providing OEM customized service to solve customers’ different projects requests.
The RFID tags for tools can be mounted by optional methods according to actual needs on site. The often seen install way includes embedded tags into tool holes, attached on the surface of the tools by adhesive, like 3M.

OPPIOT series products are designed reliably to withstand harsh conditions, allowing your company to take advantage of the massive time savings provided by RFID technology even when your equipment is covered in dirt or grease.

OPPIOT RFID tags, you can always trust!

A smart card is a small plastic card containing a computer chip. People use smart cards along with personal identification numbers (PINs) to log on to a network, a computer, or a device. Using a smart card is more secure than using a password because it's more difficult for someone to steal a smart card and learn your PIN than to learn your password.Smart cards are generally issued by information technology (IT) departments in large organizations. To use a smart card, you also need a smart card reader—a device that’s installed in or connected to your computer and that can read the information stored on a smart card.
